RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

At the time of pick up, your custom order of fresh shrimp will be reviewed by you and one of our farmers.  We only harvest shrimp when we receive orders for them.  We are a HACCP compliant farm and take our harvesting and cold chain management very seriously.  Once the shrimp are harvested they are immediately in freezing cold sea ice slurry to ensure the highest quality of shrimp is maintained for you.  We hand grade every shrimp in your order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

We can accept no responsibility for poor quality once you sign the shipping papers acknowledging you accept the quality at the time of pick-up.  We can control the cold chain once you take possession.

We are sorry but we cannot offer a cancellation policy on our fresh shrimp.
